What I designed
Testing enclosure
A compact box with strategically placed lighting and cameras, reaching 98% surface coverage for cosmetic defect scanning.
Audio test station
Integrated microphone and speaker testing to assess audio performance inside the same enclosure.
Condition-based pricing
Results feed a system that estimates the phone's value from its cosmetic condition and functional capabilities.
Outcome
An automated box covering 98% of the phone's surface for cosmetic scans, plus audio tests, reducing manual testing effort by 95%.
